AACPD Release: Early Wednesday Linthicum robbery leads to two arrests

On April 28, 2021 at approximately 12:55 a.m. Anne Arundel County Police Department officers were flagged down by two victims who reported they had just been robbed at gunpoint by two suspects in the parking lot of the Shell gas station located at 463 Camp Meade road in Linthicum. 

The suspects approached the victims, displayed a handgun and removed property from the victims and fled. Officers located the suspects at the Comfort Inn located at 6921 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard where they were quickly apprehended. 

One of the suspects, 19-year Jeremai Nyzell Davis of Baltimore, was found to be in possession of a 9mm Polymer 80 handgun. It was determined Davis was prohibited from possessing firearms. 

Also arrested was 23-year-old David Samuel Whitfield, also of Baltimore. Both suspects were arrested and charged. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
